Virsa Pakistan Group is a purpose-driven organization founded in 2023 by Faisal Latif, with a vision to preserve Pakistan's rich cultural heritage and empower its people through innovation and entrepreneurship. Our focus lies in creating sustainable economic opportunities within agriculture, biotechnology, food processing, and international trade. This initiative arose from the realization that Pakistan is home to exceptional talent, age-old traditions, and fertile agricultural land, yet millions of skilled artisans, farmers, and small-scale producers remain disconnected from markets that value their contributions. Our mission is to bridge that gap and connect these individuals to opportunities where their products can truly thrive.
Our Story
Pakistan, with a population exceeding 250 million people, boasts over 150 million residents in its rural areas. Throughout the nation, generations of skilled artisans continue to create exceptional handmade products—from the intricately carved furniture in Chiniot and the handwoven carpets of Balochistan to exquisite Sindhi embroidery, luxurious Kashmiri shawls, unique Gilgit-Baltistan handicrafts, traditional pottery, and finely crafted brass and copper utensils, as well as leather goods, stunning gemstones, and numerous other items that embody the diverse cultural identity of Pakistan.
Sadly, many traditional industries are facing decline.
The swift transition to mass-produced goods, combined with evolving consumer preferences, has created challenges such as lack of market access, limited product development, and insufficient branding. Consequently, thousands of artisans have had to abandon their time-honored professions, often migrating to crowded urban centers in search of employment, while invaluable skills and rich cultural traditions begin to disappear.
To combat this alarming trend, Virsa Pakistan was founded.

Faisal Latif serves as the Chairman, while Haroon Abbas Lali is the Co-Founder. The team also includes Muzammil Faisal as a Director, Engr Abdul Moiz Faisal as another Director, and Varisha Faisal who holds the position of Director.
